Since the place where the avatars are talking to each other is in the cloud, it is considered a "public space." Therefore, I named the service "Public Place."
Although it was fun to watch the pixel art characters talk to each other in a standalone app, I decided to make this a cloud-based app so that everyone can see the same conversation.
After transitioning the app to the cloud, the two characters in conversation became avatars in the system. They cannot be seen since they are just talking in the system.
I added some speech bubbles, which are often used to depict the words spoken by characters in manga. I made these speech bubbles in Java and created several different patterns for their lines.
I tried to make the pixel art characters talk to each other as the idea seemed interesting to me. Indeed, it was really fun.
